Love this product! It’s silky smooth and helps to ease arthritic and muscle pain that my niece have stemming from my bad knees. It’s the highest amount of Arnica (natural anti-inflammatory) that I’ve found anywhere. When I massage it on the knees, into the joints and surrounding muscles, the knees move better so I get a better nights sleep. I also use it on my feet for neuropathy pain it helps to calm that down. This is my second tube and I will never be without it.
